Meet Our Founder
Hal Strickand
Hal is founder and CEO of Conscious Evolution Corporation, an organization based on the philosophy that work is not meant to be work… it is meant to be life. He is dedicated to helping individuals become the best presenters they can be, and the best leaders they can be.
For over 13 years Hal has challenged and inspired more than one thousand executives (principally in the world of finance,) both as leaders and presenters, to be the best versions of themselves possible, more consciously evolving their premier qualities of charisma, presence, confidence, humility, and curiosity.
Hal’s clients have included several of the top ten Wall Street investment banks, distinguished hedge funds, institutional investors, as well as a preeminent university endowment fund. He works primarily with senior executives who need to take their presentation and leadership skills from competent to spectacular.
Hal has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University (1980,) and a M.F.A. degree from Columbia University in New York (1993.)
